Bret Bowerman
Co-Founder and Partner
Bret Bowerman is a co-founder and Partner of Harbour Point Capital.
Prior to forming Harbour Point Capital in 2015, Bret was an investment professional with Irving Place Capital for 8 years, most recently as a Principal focused on the healthcare sector. Prior to joining IPC in 2007, Bret worked as an investment professional for GoldenTree Asset Management, DB Capital Partners and an investment banker with Credit Suisse First Boston. Bret also served in a senior operating role of a private equity-backed portfolio company, as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for Jenny Craig, Inc.
Bret lives in Larchmont, NY with his wife and four children. He is on the Board of Directors of GiGi’s Playhouse and is a former Director of the National Down Syndrome Congress, both of which are national non-profit disability advocacy groups.
Bob Juneja
Co-Founder and Partner
Bob Juneja is a co-founder and Partner of Harbour Point Capital ("HPC"). Prior to co-founding HPC in 2015, Bob was an investment professional with Irving Place Capital ("IPC") for 14 years, most recently as Senior Managing Director, leading the firm's investments in the healthcare sector.
Bob has 25 years of private equity investing experience and, prior to joining Irving Place Capital in 2000, was an investment professional with Sagaponack Partners, Madison Dearborn Partners and an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ). Bob has also served in a senior operating role of a private equity-backed portfolio company, as Vice President of corporate development for Destia Communications.
Bob lives in New Canaan, CT with his wife and their three children.
Ben Schlang
Principal
Ben Schlang joined Harbour Point Capital in 2016 and is a Principal. He has been involved in principal investing since 2012.
Before joining Harbour Point, Ben was an Associate at Sopris Capital, a growth equity firm that seeks to invest in fast growing healthcare and tech-enabled services companies. Prior to that, Ben was an Analyst at Roark Capital Group focusing exclusively on buyout investments in the retail and consumer industries.
Mr. Schlang received a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
Adam Seiden
Vice President
Adam Seiden joined Harbour Point Capital in 2018 and is a Vice President.
Before joining Harbour Point, Adam was an Analyst at Houlihan Lokey working on raising privately placed capital across a variety of industries. Prior to that, Adam was an Analyst at CIT Group focusing on leveraged finance transactions within the healthcare middle market.
Adam received a B.B.A. in Finance from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
Alvin Heumann
Associate
Alvin Heumann joined Harbour Point Capital in 2022 and is an Associate.
Before joining Harbour Point, Alvin was an Analyst at Gordon Dyal & Co. primarily advising companies in the pharmaceutical & life sciences industries. Prior to that, Alvin was an Analyst at Duff & Phelps advising companies in the aerospace, defense, and government services industries.
Alvin received a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
