Bret Bowerman
Co-Founder and Partner
Bret Bowerman is a co-founder and Partner of Harbour Point Capital.
Prior to forming Harbour Point Capital in 2015, Bret was an investment professional with Irving Place Capital for 8 years, most recently as a Principal focused on the healthcare sector. Prior to joining IPC in 2007, Bret worked as an investment professional for GoldenTree Asset Management, DB Capital Partners and an investment banker with Credit Suisse First Boston. Bret also served in a senior operating role of a private equity-backed portfolio company, as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for Jenny Craig, Inc.
Bret lives in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL with his wife and four children. He is a Foundation Trustee for the National Down Syndrome Congress, a national non-profit disability advocacy group.
Bob Juneja
Co-Founder and Partner
Bob Juneja is a co-founder and Partner of Harbour Point Capital ("HPC"). Prior to co-founding HPC in 2015, Bob was an investment professional with Irving Place Capital ("IPC") for 14 years, most recently as Senior Managing Director, leading the firm's investments in the healthcare sector.
Bob has 25 years of private equity investing experience and, prior to joining Irving Place Capital in 2000, was an investment professional with Sagaponack Partners, Madison Dearborn Partners and an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ). Bob has also served in a senior operating role of a private equity-backed portfolio company, as Vice President of corporate development for Destia Communications.
Bob lives in New Canaan, CT with his wife and their three children.
Ben Schlang
Operating Partner
Ben Schlang is an Operating Partner at Harbour Point Capital and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for Array Behavioral Care.
Ben was previously a Principal at Harbour Point Capital. Before joining Harbour Point, Ben was an Associate at Sopris Capital, a growth equity firm that seeks to invest in fast growing healthcare and tech-enabled services companies. Prior to that, Ben was an Analyst at Roark Capital Group focusing exclusively on buyout investments in the retail and consumer industries.
Mr. Schlang received a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
Ryan Hurst
Senior Associate
Ryan Hurst joined Harbour Point Capital in 2024 and is a Senior Associate.
Before joining Harbour Point, Ryan was a Transaction Diligence Senior Analyst at Ernst & Young, primarily advising companies in the financial services industry.
Ryan received a B.A. in Business Economics from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
